Viviana Varese is a star chef and haute cuisine entrepreneur, her internationally recognized VIVA Viviana Varese restaurant is amongst the 50 Best Discoveries. A force to be reckoned with, not even this difficult period has stopped her. After the Delivery project, “VIVA a casa” the restaurant has committed itself to new and ambitious projects involving its brigade so that it could be the protagonist together with it.

Therefore VIVA la Terrazza sul Lago, located in Manerba del Garda, is an experience to be enjoyed by all senses. She defines the temporary restaurant as a contemporary tavern.  The formula is simple, from the aperitivo’s ciccheti, to the various Slow Food Presidia and the tasting dinner, every guest can expect a pleasing time while tasting Viviana Varese’s historic dishes. 

Viviana believes in words that become values. Words that over time add to her manifesto in the sign of sharing, “FAMILY” is one of these. Her sister, Antonella Varese, along with Chef Fabio Mazzolini have  believed in this adventure from the beginning and contributed in making this place magical.
