Step into an experiential space that translated PT Torino’s brand DNA and its personal contemporary style conjured by the fusion of inspirations; from new generations’ lifestyle, street art, photography, graphics to music, at “PT Manifesto”. This important debut took place in Milan as a part of the Fashion Week on June 19th, 2021. With the intention to break down barriers and patterns imposed in favor of its own vision of Fashion: identity, sophisticated and fluid, the iconic Turin brand with a renowned expertise in trousers making, now introduced the first PT Torino total look collection for the Spring Summer 2022 season.

The new awe-inspiring collection that presents a complete rage of menswear from shirts, knitwear to outwear that compliment the brand’s core products: trousers & denim. With an unchanged devotion to materials and manufacturing, the collection conveys an aesthetic that aspires to give a new meaning to ‘classic’ wear. 

Hence, these outfits are an evolution of that concept, which becomes contemporary by subverting the rules and deconstructing its own routines through fresh combinations. For instance, clean-line trousers are matched with shirts distinguished by unique cuts; the looks are completed by high-performing pieces such as the trench coat in heat-seal technical fabric entirely laser-cut and taped, an authentic display of manufacturing virtuosity carried out with merely a few inches of thread. Therefore, the approach goes well beyond the idea of ‘classic’ to explore new matchings by coupling structured fabrics with soft trousers, subverting traditional designated uses, experimenting new color combinations and literally reinventing the suit via innovative rules. The result is an extremely modern ensemble which relies on the new range of sweaters, shirts and outerwear to cross an unexplored frontier, yet in perfect balance with the brand’s DNA. For trousers and denim, the cult garment, from the skinny fit of Rock style jeans to the softer one of the Dub range, from the slightly oversized Rebel style to the loose fit of the Reggae selection. Organic denim canvases lend themselves to that décontracté style which has become one of the essentials of contemporary everyday wear. 

The PT Torino trousers are the embodiment of a manufacturing tradition which has its roots in the past, yet their present identity is expressed both in the sartorial items and in the activewear-inspired pieces whose excellence lies in the crispy touch of their fabrics and in their unique hybridization concept. 

This unprecedented path constructed with a strong textual statement, the PT Manifesto, underlined the brand’s expanded vision with full liberation but without losing its contemporary identity, led us to discover the world of infinite possibilities at the edge of the endless horizon, as well as discovering the new Spring Summer 2022 presentation immersed with Italian modern techno sounds and graffiti expressions.
